Firestone Gum-elastic Plantations Incorporated body (FPCO), the largest American investing in Africa southerly of the Sahara, freshly negotiated with NTGL an 86-year appurtenance to the 99-year concessionaire agreement it signed with the Charles D.B. Sovereign Administration back in 1926.

Observers say taken at external part value, a paper released last week by management indicates that "Firestone has put on belonging to man face, conceding graciously to exact positions held by rights advocates" over the last several years.
